キャンセルについてのご案内です。
✔︎お日にちお時間の変更、予約キャンセルの場合は、ご予約日の２日前にお送りさせていただいております確認メールの返信又はお電話にてお知らせ下さい。（定休日でお休みをいただいている場合電話での対応が難しくなるため、ショートメール又はフェイスブックからのご連絡をお願いいたします）
✔︎"当日の急なキャンセル"は他のご予約ご希望のお客様にご迷惑がかかりますので、原則前日の営業時間内(10:00〜19:00)までにご連絡を下さいますようお願いいたします。
✔︎無断キャンセル、当日キャンセルが度重なる場合、今後ご予約をお取りできかねる場合がございますのでご了承下さい。

✔︎When we sent you guys reminder 2days before , If would you like to CANCEL , CHANGE TIME or MENU please give us notification asap, at least give us 24h please ( when we close every mon or 1st and 3rd sunday, we can't answer from phone call so please send from fb or sms) ✔︎If you got any emergency or any happened please give us some notifications
✔︎if you keeping cancel on your appointment day without any notifications , it will be hard to make appointment or we will charge deposit ¥3000
